Jacksonville, Florida
| Paul LeBlanc was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He started his laboratory career in 1975 as a lab technician for the chemical division of a national paper company. After relocating to Savannah, Georgia he completed his BS degree in Chemistry at Armstrong Atlantic University. In 1982 he relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where he established an analytical and product development laboratory for a major printing ink company. In 1988 he relocated back to his hometown of Jacksonville, Florida with a polymer manufacturer where he held positions in technical management, sales and marketing. Here he also was awarded two patents for innovations in resin chemistry. In 1999 as Vice President/Technology for a major paper coating company he established a product development laboratory and opened a manufacturing plant in Jacksonville. Prior to joining ENCO he worked for the Florida Department of Health as a NELAC environmental laboratory certification officer. Paul enjoys boating, fishing and photography when not working in the lab. |

| Christina Tompkins has a BS in Chemistry and Biology from Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. Chris grew up in New Hampshire and came down to Florida in 1994 and has been loving the weather and atmosphere ever since. Chris has been employed with ENCO Laboratories for over 14years. She started at ENCO Laboratories as an organic analyst. She now enjoys working in client services as a project manager. Chris is married to a wonderful man and has two beautiful girls who are 8 and 9. They certainly keep her going. When Chris is not at the laboratory, you can find her at one of the many campgrounds in Florida or taking her girls to soccer practice. |

| Lindsay Crawford is a Panama City, FL native and University of North Florida graduate. She earned a BS in Chemistry in 2008. Soon after graduating, Lindsay began her career at ENCO Laboratories as an organic analyst. Lindsay transitioned into project management in 2010 and is enjoying acting as a technical liaison with ENCO clientele. Lindsay is a great addition to ENCO’s project management team. In her free time, Lindsay enjoys spending time at the beach with her friends and visiting family back home. |
